What is Aerchain? Procurement software offering sourcing and related AI capabilities alongside a broader procurement platform. This assessment focuses on sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiation and the connections supporting that work. It does not assess every invoice, contract or analytics capability. Product range.
What job does it do? Turning requirements into sourcing events, comparing supplier responses and progressing negotiations. WOP classifies this scope as sourcing, primarily workflow/control, with intelligence and execution as overlapping roles. Sourcing Agent.
What is described as automated? Scope drafting, supplier recommendations, bid consolidation, scoring and multi-round negotiation. Negotiation, Evaluation.
What operating detail is public? An Aerchain-hosted Danone guide, modified 4 November 2025, distinguishes already-purchased items, existing quotations and new requests. Its operational notes say automatic negotiation was disabled while the logic was revised. That historical configuration does not establish current availability across customers. Operating guide.
What customer figures are published? Aerchain's homepage attributes over 4.5% savings and 87% vendor participation to Manjushree, and a 97% invoice-processing cycle-time reduction to AB InBev. These are vendor-published customer accounts with limited measurement detail. The invoice result does not measure sourcing or today's negotiation agent. Customer accounts.
How does it connect? The Integrations Hub describes SAP, Oracle and NetSuite connectors, bidirectional transaction sync, payload versioning, testing, logs and field-level permissions. The existence of a connector does not prove a particular customer's mapping or recovery process works. Integrations.
