What is apadua? Software for sourcing professional services, connecting a business request with tender preparation, vendor responses and proposal assessment. WOP classifies its main job as sourcing, primarily workflow/control, with intelligence and record overlaps. Its public terms describe SaaS used by service clients and contractors. What does the current offer describe? AI-assisted demand capture, tender and pricing-sheet preparation, structured proposals and questions answered from an event's submitted bid material. These are current vendor descriptions; WOP has not tested their accuracy. Sourcing journey.

What data is published? The homepage reports 12–19% average savings across more than 1,000 tenders, 3.6 hours of processing per tender, and a 90% average process-time reduction. It also compares 3.6 hours with 50–60 hours in customer processes. The page does not supply enough measurement detail to establish which work, customers and baselines are included. Who decides the award? The September 2026 platform policy explicitly says AI outputs are suggestions and award decisions are made by people. The June 2024 terms describe the service contract as concluded between client and contractor outside apadua's service offer. What security information is public? The Trust Center states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and a May 2026 audit; certificate and penetration-test reports require a request. WOP has read the public policy, without requesting or inspecting those reports. Trust Center.
