What is Archlet? An eSourcing platform for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and auctions, with bid analysis and award-scenario optimisation. WOP classifies its main job as sourcing, primarily workflow/control, with intelligence and record overlaps. What does Spark AI do? Archlet describes agents that prepare questionnaires, bid sheets and cost formulas; turn natural-language rules into scenarios; summarise supplier submissions; and recommend auction formats or negotiation approaches. What customer evidence is available? The STADA case describes a partnership beginning in 2024 and reports award-scenario analysis moving from days to seconds. That refers to analysis, rather than the duration of an entire sourcing event. The case includes named procurement leaders, but no detailed measurement method or event sample. STADA case.

Does it replace SAP Ariba? The published OMV case describes Archlet added to an existing SAP Ariba environment in 2023. It supports a complementary role for optimisation in that deployment, without establishing that every customer uses the same architecture. OMV case.

What does supplier participation cost? Archlet states that submitting quotes is free for suppliers. This does not establish buyer pricing or the effort needed to complete a complex event. Supplier participation.

What should readers know about data? The public SaaS terms, updated August 2025, distinguish client ownership of submitted data from Archlet's ownership of generated models and algorithms, and permit use of anonymised client data. A customer-specific agreement and AI data arrangements have not been inspected. Data ownership, section 5.
