What does Axi do? Axiom describes an AI agent finding the buying route and applying procurement rules. Its stated sequence checks inventory, catalogue content, sourcing and the MarketPay route for suppliers outside the ERP. This is the vendor's description, without a WOP execution test. What customer figures are available? Axiom identifies a Novartis go-live in January 2026, reporting 17 countries activated in three months, 860-plus catalogues migrated and 2.6 million-plus products and services. Does MarketPay make Axiom the seller? The public supplier terms describe Axiom as a disclosed procurement agent, with the customer buying directly from the supplier. Payment instructions require customer approval; the terms describe an account in the customer's name at AirWallex. WOP has not reviewed a customer's agreement or payment configuration.
