Vendor at a glance

What is Birdseye? Contract and vendor-management software from WITH BV, Belgium. WOP assesses contract management, primarily workflow/control, with record and intelligence overlaps. Its clearest public emphasis is managing the work after signature: obligations, reviews, risks and stakeholder follow-up. Platform scope.

What does the platform do? It describes contract records, recurring activities, assigned actions, calendars and dashboards. AI scans documents for metadata, rights and obligations. Birdseye also describes embedded DocuSign signing within its wider lifecycle offering. Platform and signature integration.

What does it cost? The public rollout model lists €75 per user per month, alongside a consulting project fee. Its AI spot solution is priced per document, with a quote required; the managed-service model uses a monthly service fee. These are distinct commercial models, rather than one all-inclusive €75 package. WOP has not confirmed minimums, taxes, contract terms or a customer quote. Published pricing.

What outcome figures are public? The homepage advertises 30% typical value increase, 2× process efficiency, zero unnoticed extensions and 50% fewer audit findings. It does not provide enough customer, period or measurement detail for WOP to validate these figures or treat them as expected results. Headline claims.

What security evidence is available? A vendor announcement dated 11 July 2026 reports a SOC 2 Type I audit by BDO Belgium and says Type II is being prepared. WOP has not inspected the report. The integration page states EU data residency and describes a protected AI-processing environment. Announcement and architecture statements.

Research basis: Public sources checked 11 October 2026. Members receive the assessment against all eight WOP criteria, including task ownership, extracted obligations, signature handoffs and software versus service effort. No customer contracts uploaded or demo tested.
