What is Brex? A spend platform whose procurement-related products include invoice processing, payment workflows and purchase controls. This assessment covers Bill Pay and its PO support, rather than the full cards, travel or banking portfolio. Where does it sit? WOP classifies procure-to-pay as the primary job and workflow/control as the role, with execution and record overlaps. AI converts invoice information into a draft for review. What purchasing controls are documented? Native POs are marked early access. The guide describes two-way matching between a PO and invoice. An invoice exceeding the remaining PO balance produces a warning, but matching can still proceed. That is a material distinction from a hard spending block or a receipt-based three-way match. What does it cost? Essentials is $0 per user per month and includes Bill Pay. Premium is $12 per user per month; Enterprise is custom-priced. What customer evidence is public? Brex's ONEflight International case reports approximately 30 wires per day, a headline four hours saved daily, and $27,000 in monthly wire fees eliminated.
