Where does it sit? WOP classifies supplier management as the primary job and record as the primary role, with a workflow/control overlap. Its core proposition is giving teams consistent supplier information and a process for collecting, reviewing and updating it. Supplier data management.

What are the published prices? In GBP: Free, Starter £29/month, Team £99/month, Growth £499/month with optional setup, and Enterprise by quotation with optional integration. What customer data is available? A vendor-published Unispace case describes consolidation across 18 countries. A Yondr Group case reports a fourfold improvement in supplier compliance efficiency and 100% supplier compliance. What needs attention? Plan scope matters: the comparison table places AI extraction, multi-team approvals and API/ERP integration in Enterprise. A basic supplier repository should not be assumed to include all the controls described across the product site. Feature comparison.
