What work does it support? Collecting supplier information, coordinating reviews, maintaining supporting documents and passing approved information into connected systems. WOP classifies this scope as supplier management, primarily workflow/control, with record and intelligence as overlapping roles.

What does its AI offer do? Certa describes agents for workflow configuration, data enrichment, document assessment and risk adjudication. Its adjudication offer explicitly includes automating low-risk approvals. That is a different authority boundary from AI that only prepares a recommendation. Certa AI.

What is publicly stated about coverage? The platform advertises 130-plus native integrations and 50-plus languages. Its onboarding page is inconsistent: a heading says 50-plus languages while the supporting description says 41. What customer data is available? Certa's Uber case reports a six-week rollout, 50% lower operating cost, tenfold transaction volume without additional resources, and on-time payment improving from 40% to 95%. The cost figure concerns the supplier operation; it is not a 50% reduction in supplier spend. The case describes a historical deployment rather than a measured result of today's AI agents. What operating evidence is available? HashiCorp's version 3.0 supplier guide documents Certa onboarding and security/privacy review alongside Coupa ordering and payment. It is a concrete customer workflow example; its current configuration has not been verified. Certa also publishes the locations and purposes of its subprocessors, including AI providers.
