What is CROWN Procurement? CROWN supplies an eAuction platform, negotiation-scenario tools and specialist support for sourcing teams. Its legal page identifies CROWN PROCUREMENT SAS as the provider. WOP's assessment covers the auction product and its related AI assistance and support.

What the product does. The platform structures lots, supplier bidding and weighted evaluation. The Architect offers more than ten negotiation scenarios, including English, Dutch, Japanese and sealed-bid formats. A separate spend-audit proposition helps prioritise categories for auction projects.

Where AI fits. CROWN GPT describes five assistants for email, requirements, RFx analysis, negotiation strategy and contract drafting or analysis. These are stated support capabilities. Their presence does not establish autonomous supplier selection or contract acceptance.

What the published customer figures say. CROWN's customer page attributes over 16% savings in a first auction to Welding Alloys and 30% lower buyer workload to Bonduelle. These are vendor-published testimonials, without the underlying baselines or measurement records available in the reviewed material. They should not be applied as expected results for another project.

A useful planning figure. The customer FAQ says auction preparation typically takes one to two weeks, depending on category complexity and supplier engagement. A short live event is therefore only one part of the sourcing effort.

Commercial access. The reviewed pages offer demos and specialist support. CROWN GPT advertises a 30-day free trial through a sales-call route; no numerical licence prices were shown. WOP has reviewed public material, without using the software or activating a trial.
