What is Deployed? Deployed is software for preparing business documents before signature, especially Statements of Work. Its current product page targets procurement, legal and project teams. The provider's Work Author guide identifies its document-automation product; WOP assesses that work here.

What it does. Users answer guided questions that assemble a document from approved content. The SoW builder is described as covering 11 sections, 51 configurable elements and four engagement types. Those are provider specifications, rather than a measure of document quality. Supported document types also include NDAs, briefs and change requests.

A useful operational distinction. The creation guide says all questions must be answered before completion, after which the document becomes read-only. The review guide explains clause suggestions and an optional automatic internal-review completion setting. A completed document is not, by that fact alone, a signed agreement or an approved purchase.

What the numbers mean. The homepage advertises 20 minutes versus two days for SoWs, 40-times ROI and 100% compliance. WOP has not established the baseline, measurement method or guarantee conditions. Its animated example is labelled illustrative. The reviewed evidence does not provide a named, independently validated outcome for the current product.

Scope, access and evidence. Deployed links a separate workforce-routing product, Triage; its capabilities are outside this assessment. Reviewed pages do not show numerical subscription pricing. Public sources checked on 11 October 2026, including help articles updated in 2024–2025. Their documented behaviour is useful evidence, but is not a tested current release or a promise about every subscription. WOP has not used the software.
