Didero: vendor at a glance and WOP member assessment

What is Didero? Didero is software for executing direct-spend work across procurement, supply chain and finance. The current product site identifies Didero Inc. in New York. WOP focuses this assessment on purchase-order operations and accounts-payable preparation.

What it does. The PO product description covers order creation, supplier communication, acknowledgement matching, buyer exceptions and ERP updates. Its AP description covers matching, approvals and payment readiness. Preparing payment is distinct from releasing money; existing finance systems retain their role.

Named published evidence. Didero's FABco story reports 50% of procurement/AP capacity freed over six months, described as six FTE. Its Footprint story reports 2,600-plus purchase orders annually and 5,800-plus supplier follow-ups. These are vendor-published customer accounts, independently unverified by WOP. Capacity and activity counts do not establish financial savings or error-free execution.

Deployment timing needs context. The homepage advertises 18 days from ERP connection to first automation. Footprint's Stephen Sharr reports about six weeks to get running. These descriptions have different starting points and scope; neither establishes a universal implementation timetable.

Evidence and assurance. Public sources reviewed on 11 October 2026. WOP has not used Didero or inspected private deployment records. The security page states SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 credentials; WOP has not inspected the underlying reports or certificates. The site's savings calculator is an estimate, not a verified outcome for a prospective buyer. Reviewed pages offer a demo without numerical subscription prices.

Members receive the assessment against all eight WOP criteria, including action permissions, supplier exceptions, ERP continuity and what the customer evidence actually supports.
