What is Digital Mirror? Digital Mirror checks whether invoiced charges reflect the commercial agreements behind them. Its current product covers contract discovery, cross-invoice checks and invoice-to-contract verification. The website terms identify Digital Mirror Ltd in England and Wales as the website operator.

What can it check? Invoice-only checks look for duplicates, missing detail and billing inconsistencies. Contract checks add rates, amendments, rebates and payment terms. Findings carry source references and are routed for action. Public descriptions do not establish autonomous payment release.

Published numerical evidence. Its unnamed construction example reports $70,000 recovered in three months, alongside 15,000 invoices, 6% errors and 871 flagged items. These are provider-published figures, independently unverified by WOP. Flagged items and erroneous invoices need not have the same denominator.

Another example needs care. The invoice-to-contract page reports $3 million of unclaimed rebates at an unnamed global brewer. Adjacent cards show $272,000 of rebates, $182,000 of working capital and 15 days of payment-term difference without explaining how the figures relate. They should not be combined into a single verified result.

Availability and assurance. Reviewed pages offer a demo without numerical subscription prices. The homepage states SOC 2 Type II and EU hosting; WOP has not inspected the assurance report or customer processing arrangements. Website terms distinguish illustrative outcomes from any expressly stated result.
