Vendor at a glance
DitchCarbon helps procurement and sustainability teams calculate supply-chain emissions, investigate supplier disclosures and plan engagement. It combines a company emissions dataset with calculation, comparison and reporting tools. Its value depends on keeping reported figures, parent-company proxies and industry estimates distinguishable. Customer evidence: DitchCarbon's Coherent story describes a 15,000-supplier reporting challenge, a CDP supplier score moving from C to A- and first-time limited assurance. Its Hikma story describes expanding from 200 to 2,000 suppliers, with weeks of initial data cleaning followed by six months developing a forecasting module. These are vendor-published accounts, not WOP-validated results. Coherent, Hikma
Important limits: Better reporting or a higher score does not establish a physical emissions reduction. Company-wide data is not automatically a footprint for the product purchased. DitchCarbon describes several different assurance scopes; WOP has not inspected the underlying assurance reports or tested the platform. Trust centre
