Globality helps turn a business requirement into a sourcing event, collect proposals and reach an award decision. The useful distinction in its current offer is how much of that event the team conducts itself and how much Glo conducts on its behalf.

Vendor at a glance

What is Globality? An AI sourcing software provider. This assessment covers its sourcing platform and the current Glo 2.0 description. Globality describes Collaborative Mode for team-led supplier interaction and Autonomous Mode for automated event progression and negotiation. Account-level availability and entitlements have not been verified. Platform.

What work does it support? Developing a requirement, inviting suppliers, collecting and evaluating proposals, negotiating and selecting an award. WOP classifies the assessed scope as strategic sourcing, primarily workflow/control, with intelligence and execution as overlapping roles.

Who makes the final decision? The negotiation page says the team reviews award scenarios and approves the final decision, while Glo can communicate and negotiate with suppliers. The live enforcement of approval limits and message authority is untested here. Negotiation.

What do the operating documents show? Project teams can use weighted assessment criteria; an overall provider score requires at least one rating for every weighted criterion. Suppliers can revise proposals, with previous versions retained. These are documented workflows, rather than a WOP-observed event. Provider assessment, Proposal guide.

What customer evidence is available? Globality's London School of Economics account reports an eight-person procurement team and £150m annual non-payroll spend. It compares around 80 tenders in a typical year with 40 live or completed in the first three months, and reports 15% savings in those three months. The savings denominator and independent financial reconciliation are not supplied on the reviewed page. LSE account.

What are the material limits? Mode-specific controls, extraction accuracy, supplier qualification, integration recovery, package pricing and realised savings remain unverified. An approved award recommendation is not evidence of a signed contract or released purchase order.

Research basis: public-source desk research, 11 October 2026. No hands-on test, observed demo or independent validation of customer outcomes. Members receive the assessment against all eight WOP criteria below.
