What is Icertis? A contract intelligence and contract lifecycle management software provider. This assessment covers supplier contracting, including the currently described Contract Management platform, Vera Engage, Vera Copilot and Vera Obligations. What work does it support? Structured contract records, drafting and review, approval workflows, portfolio questions and obligation tracking. WOP classifies the assessed scope as contract management, primarily record, with workflow/control and intelligence as overlapping roles.

What does the AI do? Vera Engage describes guided drafting and playbook-based redlines in Microsoft Word; Vera Copilot describes contract questions with clause-level citations and workflow actions; Vera Obligations describes extraction, assignment and fulfilment evidence. Who controls the contract? The Engage description says legal defines standards and escalation rules, with review before external sending and approval or execution. Customer-specific permissions, approval limits and the accuracy of risk detection remain unverified. Review and approval.

How does it connect? Current integration pages list an SAP Ariba adapter for contract and supplier data, an SAP S/4HANA adapter for buy-side supplier master data, and licensed public APIs. A listed connection does not establish the customer's mapping, sync direction, timing or recovery behaviour. Integrations.

What customer data is available? The vendor-published HP account reports over 16,000 migrated contracts, 25 contract types, 65 country-specific templates and 30% faster buy-side contract turnaround. It also reports 80% less template complexity and over 50% of agreements through self-service automated contracting. What are the material limits? Extraction completeness, current product entitlements, live approval enforcement, implementation effort and realised financial return are unverified. Accurate contract data does not by itself prove that invoices, orders or supplier performance comply with the agreement.
