Customer evidence: ORO's 2025 review names Bristol Myers Squibb, Danone, GSK, Liberty Global, Novartis and Pfizer. It reports around 80% lower cycle time for the Procure@BMS programme. An anonymised pharmaceutical case reports a change from more than 12 hours to 16 minutes alongside a 90% headline; those figures do not reconcile on a like-for-like basis. SAP availability: On 5 October 2026, ORO announced SAP Ariba Procurement Orchestration by ORO Labs, with general availability planned for November. As of this assessment, that extension is an announced future offering. SAP announcement.
