What happened. Western Washington University set 3 August as the point when interim purchasing would end and every new purchase would move through JAGGAER eProcurement.
What it actually means. The important implementation milestone is not the launch date. It is the day the workaround disappears. Procurement systems gain control only when email, legacy forms and interim routes stop competing with the designed process, forcing policy, data and approvals through one route.
