Omnea at a glance
What it does: Omnea connects employee requests, approvals and supplier reviews. Its current positioning spans source-to-pay; this assessment covers intake, orchestration and third-party risk, rather than every advertised module. Omnea platform
Who it serves: Employees submitting requests; procurement, finance, legal and risk teams reviewing them; suppliers providing information.
WOP category: Intake and orchestration, with supplier-risk and supplier-data overlap. Its primary role is coordinating work and decisions across teams.
Key advertised functions: Questions that change according to the request; approval routing and status tracking; supplier questionnaires and document collection; risk assessments and follow-up work. Listed integrations include NetSuite, Coupa and a public REST API. These are vendor-described capabilities, not WOP-tested findings. Intake, approvals, supplier portal, risk, integrations.
Named customer evidence: Typeform reports average request cycle time falling from 40 to 15 days, and 3,282 hours of manual work saved over 12 months. Adyen reports a 45% average cycle-time reduction, 700 requests in its first three months and a 16-week implementation. Both accounts are published by Omnea; WOP has not verified the underlying measurements. Typeform, Adyen.
Does it replace existing systems? That varies. Adyen's account describes retiring its previous procurement suite while retaining purchase orders, matching and payment in its ERP. That deployment does not establish a universal replacement claim.
Availability and pricing: Public pages describe an offered platform. Module entitlements, individual feature release states, implementation fees and a public price schedule have not been verified.
Research basis: Public-source desk research, 11 October 2026, WOP methodology 2.0. No WOP hands-on test or private demo. Security reports listed in the trust centre were not inspected. DPW inclusion determines coverage candidates, not product quality.
