What happened. BearingPoint integrated its GenAIQ platform with Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management. The release says procurement teams can extract obligations, compare service targets with operational performance, quantify service-credit claims and prepare evidence for legal review.
What it actually means. Contract intelligence is moving beyond search. The useful shift is from finding a clause to proving whether a supplier met it. That only works when contract language, service data and ownership are clean enough to support action.
