How AI-Era Pricing Is Reshaping Finance Operations
Usage-based and hybrid pricing models are changing how B2B companies generate revenue — and creating new headaches for the finance teams behind them.
Tabs co-founder Rebecca Schwartz and PwC Partner Amit Dhir sat down to unpack exactly what that means in practice: how pricing model decisions ripple into revenue recognition, forecasting, and financial ops — and what it takes to scale without piling on manual work.
Watch the on-demand recording to get practical frameworks, real-world examples, and a clear path to operationalizing usage-based revenue — including a forward-looking take on how AI will reshape financial workflows. If your team is navigating pricing complexity heading into the back half of the year, this is worth an hour.

Hey {{first_name}}
I thought this was a funny post. I saw a version of it for marketing and quickly made a version of it for procurement. Definitely reply. Let me know your thoughts on which ones you would choose.

I've been spending the last week talking about managing reqs, managing that initial request process, what it's like to be a requester versus procurement versus a procurement operations team.
It's been a super fun week, and I've been diving into my direct procurement roots, so I've actually been working on a video for World of Procurement in the background, which is all about direct procurement. It's a fairly big edit, and videos like this, take a lot of time.
I was curious: what's one lesson, one thing you've learned that you would love to tell someone, maybe starting off their direct procurement journey, or just putting the vibe out there? "Hey, this is the kind of stuff you deal with. This is how you do it." Hit reply, let me know.
Video: What is autonomous procurement?
I'm still working on a huge publication for the state of procurement in 2026. If you want to take part, you can get involved by completing the survey. It should honestly take you like two minutes. You'll get early access to the report, be invited to the session I'll be running on it, and you also get to see what other people across the world of procurement are doing.
hopefully see you in London at Procurement Supply Chain Live or at DPW Amsterdam later next month

PS, I'm actually voice dictating so much now that I'm losing the ability to type. No, I'm joking, but seriously, voice dictation is such a level up in terms of productivity. As you see waves and waves of AI written content, it's a really great way just to cut through the AI noise and create content that sounds genuinely like yourself. and on that note, if you're interested in creating your own newsletter or publication, I honestly recommend that you sign up to Beehiiv here. making content about procurement over the last seven years has probably been the greatest unlock in my career that I could ever have possibly imagined.
